    Minimum requirementfor this position; it is essential you have at least3 yearsof experience as an Employment Lawyer.

    Main duties will include:
    Provide employment-related legal advice and assistance
    Ensure files are managed appropriately
    Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals
    Appear in courts and tribunals
    Keep file notes and evidence on files
    Ensure timely and positive contact with clients
    Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes and industry initiatives
