    Your New Role

    As a Care Companion you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

    • You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
    • What does your new role look like?
    • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
    • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
    • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
    • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
    • The roster is Saturday through to Tuesday 7am to 3pm
    • The location of the role is 2 Booker avenue in Mornington.

    About You

    Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

    • Does this sound like you?
    • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents
    • Able to read and write English
    • Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert 4 in disability support.
    • Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza
