    The Derivatives Trader (Options Market Maker) will play a critical role in our trading operations, utilizing their expertise to trade and manage risk in the options markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience trading options, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the financial markets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Trade and manage risk in the options markets, utilizing our proprietary trading algorithms and strategies.
    • Develop and implement new trading strategies and algorithms.
    • Collaborate with other traders, engineers, and data scientists to improve our trading systems and strategies.
    • Analyze market data and use it to inform trading decisions.
    • Stay up-to-date on market developments and news that may impact trading strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience trading options, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify trading opportunities.
    • Knowledge of market-making and arbitrage strategies in the options markets.
    • Strong Experience with Python
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • A passion for the financial markets and a desire to continually learn and improve.
