Job summary

This is a full time position for an Executive Assistant/Coordinator in Adelaide. The role involves diary management travel bookings credit card reconciliations minute taking agenda preparation drafting ministerial briefings delegation and management of departmental matters liaising with different State departments and stakeholders electronic filing database management managing emails appointments telephone enquiries general administrative tasks verifying documents essential all round support to the CE.
