They are seeking a confident, mature, experienced Site Supervisor / Installer to join their growing team

About the role

This role is a key part of the team. Based in their Coffs Harbour offices you will be provided with a great team culture and core responsibilties as the supervisor. Knowledge of the building industry is highly desireable and you might even be a senior fabricator who has lead a team or someone with installation trades work on site Knowledge or familiarity with windows, ballustrades or glass is desireable.

Essentially you will be responsible for manufacturing and delivery processes involved in the installation of clients' projects to operate smoothly and ensure they are cost effective, delivered on time, within budget, to QA standards and importantly, enhance a positive memorable client experience.

Key Responsibilities for the role

• Increase productivity and minimise costs whilst maintaining high quality and service.
• Measure project and relevant drawings, BOMS, Ordering
• Installation scheduling in conjunction with administration team - including glass and metal balustrades, fencing and screens
  * Liaise with clients for install dates if required
  * WHS and Quality Assurance - awareness and adherence
  * Staff supervision

Skills & experience

• At least 3+ years experience working in the same role, industry experience or a trades, building background.
• Trade qualifications and white card
• Full drivers license.
• Experience working supervising a team and exceptional communication / client liaison skills.
