    Job Title: Payroll Assistant

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Mitcham. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process employee payrolls accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures
    • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
    • Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure smooth operation of payroll functions

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Detailed and accurate with strong analytical skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
