- A minimum 1 years proven experience
- MUST have Excavator, skid steer, loader (minimum)
- MUST have HR licence
- Must be skilled in trench excavation
- Must be skilled in digging around services
- Must be able to read drawings and be able to shoot levels
- Strong work ethic and reliability rewarded with continuous ongoing work
- White card, any relevant plant tickets are an advantage
- Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment physical assessment
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Flexibility to work regionally if and when required
