- Oversee our Tastelife program delivery across relevant portfolio
- Develop and implement operational plans and conduct ongoing evaluation
- Delivers detail reporting and identifies and action opportunities for improvement.
- Manage our team of Tastelife Coordinators, including supporting recruitment, scheduling, onboarding and performance management
- Implementation of Tastelife strategies, health promotion and initiatives the staff
- Ensure contract compliance & service delivery between the CGA Business and our Clients
- Develop approaches to enhance customer and client service quality
- Ensure business performance and compliance
- Monitor financial activities against budget
- Identify and evaluate options for improved budget performance
- This position requires substantial regional travel
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations and/or management role
- Demonstrates ethical behaviour in accordance with professional standards and policies
- Excellent written communication skills
- Manages and prioritises own workload and meets deadlines
- Flexibility to travel to our remote and offshore sites
- Demonstrate a pro-active, well organised approach to work independently
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
