    Sydney, Australia #LI-Hybrid About the Role: The In-Market Brands (IMB)portfolio comprises of over 60+ molecules, 7+ therapeutic areas, andaccounts for almost half of total Novartis sales.

    The portfolio isdiverse, comprising of products across F1/F2/CDL formulary, S85/S100,retail and hospital channels.

    Agility and Resilience are key traitsrequired to succeed in IMB, as well as a broad understanding of thepharmaceutical landscape, and the strategic levers which will enablegrowth to be realized across the portfolio and enterprise.

    We areseeking a highly motivated New Channels Marketing Lead to join ourgrowing team.
    You will lead the delivery of multiple projects across avariety of creative and marketing channels to compliment New Channelgrowth.

    Develop and coordinate project plans across the design,development and production stages of the Novartis e Commerce platformto support the successful delivery of the e Commerce strategy.

    This roleworks in collaboration with brand teams and the broader Novartis crossfunctional teams to ensure successful onboarding of Novartis brandsonto the e Commerce platform.


    Key Responsibilities :
    -•Providesconsultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercializationof products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team ondecision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most optimalways, through delivery of proven analytics based projects.

    • Provideanalytics support to Novartis internal customers
    • Planning andmanagement, Gather requirements to develop detailed Project plans and Project estimations to task level.
    Proactively assist the Business toidentify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps.

    • Leads and deliversmarketing and e Commerce projects for the New Channels team, ensuringadherence to time-lines and quality objectives.
    • Drive the demandgeneration agenda for New Channels, ensuring performce of thee Commerce platform and robust new lead handover to the salesteam.
    • Ensures delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables.
    Provides effective and timely responses to adhoc requests.

    • Co-drivescommercial performance of the New Channels team including the successof the Novartis e Commerce platform.
    • Contribute to quality and accuracyof forecast assumptions
    • Takes initiative to drive standardization ofreports across brands
