This role is crucial in the transition from two legacy ERPs into the cutting-edge Dynamics 365. As the ERP Change Manager, you'll be at the helm of the change management strategy for this project, facilitating the adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviours throughout the organisation. You'll work hand-in-hand with diverse teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure a smooth transition and maximise user adoption of the new ERP.

What you'll do:

As a Dynamic ERP Change Manager, your role will be pivotal in transforming our client's business operations. You will be responsible for crafting an innovative change management strategy that ensures a seamless transition from two legacy ERPs into Dynamics 365. Your ability to identify potential risks, engage enthusiastically with stakeholders, conduct thorough impact assessments, and design empowering training programs will be crucial in this role. You will also define KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and develop strategies for long-term sustainability.

• Craft an innovative change management strategy and roadmap for the ERP project
• Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop proactive mitigation plans
• Engage enthusiastically with key stakeholders to gain their buy-in and actively communicate the project's goals
• Conduct a thorough organisational impact assessment resulting from the ERP implementation
• Develop readiness assessments to gauge preparedness for change
• Design and deliver empowering training programs that enable end-users to effectively use the new ERP system
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives
• Develop strategies to ensure that changes are sustained over the long term
