Exciting opportunity at Parks Victoria Join our People and Culture team to lead and support workplace relations functions
About the role:
As a Senior Workplace Relations Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team and receive support from the Manager of People Services. Your role will involve providing expert advice and high-level support on workplace relations to the organisation. You will also be responsible for delivering key People and Culture projects that focus on compliance, industrial relations, and change management.
You will work closely with the Manager of People Services and the People and Culture Business Partners to handle complex cases and support the implementation of organisation-wide change processes and initiatives. Your work will be flexible, allowing you to work from home and the office, based on government requirements.
