Lead the review of business processes through observation, facilitation, documentation, analysis, and re-engineering of existing and future business processes and systems.

Document business requirements for technology solutions that meet business needs and align with service area and corporate strategies.
Research business and technology solutions to enhance service performance, productivity, and customer experience.
Develop detailed business cases for recommended solutions for investment decision making.
Provide expert project management.
Lead and manage the implementation of complex solutions for effective change management.
Lead collaborative stakeholder engagement and manage business change to ensure positive engagement
