- Lead a small team of engineers and designers and spearhead the development of your team.
- Work on a diverse range of multidisciplinary projects for tier 1 and tier 2 clients with project scopes ranging from earthworks, roads and drainage to mine closure and rehabilitation.
- Provide technical leadership and advice during all different stages of the project lifecycle starting from feasibility studies and design strategies to construction and commissioning.
- Produce tender documentation, design documentation, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles to create and deliver practical and economical solutions that meet client requirements.
- Coordinate the production of documentation, specifications, and project deliverables within agreed project timeframes and budget.

- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience and exceptional technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience working on civil engineering projects within the mining industry.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and mentoring to small teams.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, having impact and influence with the capacity to build professional relationships both internally and client-facing.
