- Invoice management and processing
- Follow up overdue accounts
- Provide support to accounts using your Accounts Payable, Receivable and reconciliation knowledge
- Handle invoicing and send weekly invoices and statements to clients
- Review and process supplier payments
- Prepare and submit BAS reports
- Investigating and resolving all customer and supplier enquiries
- Maintain customers' accounts, credit claims/notes and credit applications
- Provide administration support to the Manager and other team members
- At least 1 year experience in a similar accounts role
- Previous experience with SAP and Excel highly desirable
- Strong administration skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You enjoy seeing the task through to completion, problem solving and working collaboratively with your team
- Attention to detail is crucial while meeting the expectations of this high-volume role within a dynamic work environment
- You must be a permamnet resident of Australia
