The goal is to help real estate agencies across Australia transform the day-to-day tasks by providing the technology needed to perfectly balance the relationship between renters, owners and property managers.

Position Objective

As Product Manager you will work with the team in the creation and championing of the product, and guiding the team in the creation of the future products and end user experiences. You will be passionate about customers and their needs, and understand the market to ensure the company remain facilitators of change and build a product customers love.

This role is perfectly positioned for a Product Manager that thrives in a dynamic environment, is customer focused, be hands on and hone in their craft, and continue their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up the vision and the goals for the team
• Knowing understanding their product
• Manage the product backlog based on the overall strategy and business objectives
• Prioritise back log items; juggle scope, budget, and time weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders
• Oversee development at all stages from planning to refinement, reviews and sprints
• Primary liaison for the product and ensure that there is buy in from stakeholders on major decision and strategy and clear instructions and deliverables for the developers
• Work as part of the team to develop a product their customers love
• Collaborate with the Technology team to develop patterns and processes that will make our customers love our product

Skills

• Advanced facilitator and good communicator
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of software development and the Scrum framework and practices
