- A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food.
- Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years' experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above.
- You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues.
- Bringing a calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure.
- Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
- Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative and the ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
- Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
- Salary £30,000 per annum
- Overtime paid
- An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, about 3.5k annually)
