- PLC experience in Siemens S7 and Scada WIN CC is ideal, training can be provided
- Experience in automation (conveyors) and material handling equipment highly regarded
- Experience in computerised maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Experience in mechanical and pneumatic systems
- Experience in hydraulic systems an advantage
- Ability to work unsupervised, make decisions and be results driven
- Strong understanding of OHS requirements and adopt safe work practices
- Current driver's license mandatory
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- The ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships

The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented Industrial Electrician to join our team as a Field Service Technician in Melbourne.
This is a hands on customer service role that requires a self-motivated and customer focused individual. The role will help to deliver high quality electrical and mechanical support including contract repair, preventative maintenance, installations and emergency breakdown services for Dematic customers in the Melbourne region. The position will require participation in the on-call roster and must be flexible to work overtime including Saturday's and Sunday's.
In this position you will need to be flexible to work day and afternoon shifts as part of your work roster.
