- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of plumbing projects in accordance with client requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee onsite construction activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to assess project status, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and exemplary project management practices.
- Trade Background (Preferred)
- Proven experience in project management within the plumbing or construction industry, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, or education building projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
