    Company Overview: Our valued client in the Plumbing Industry is seeking a Project Manager to Join their team. Join a reputable tier 2 plumbing contractor with a rich history of delivering high-quality plumbing solutions across Sydney. With a focus on large-scale commercial, healthcare, and educational projects, our client takes pride in their commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

    Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing plumbing projects from inception to completion. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Salary: $140K-$160K per annum + Super + Car Allowance

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of plumbing projects in accordance with client requirements, specifications, and timelines.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
    • Oversee onsite construction activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to assess project status, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and exemplary project management practices.

    Requirements:

    • Trade Background (Preferred)
    • Proven experience in project management within the plumbing or construction industry, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, or education building projects.
    • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
