    Reporting to the PSRO Customer Marketing Lead, you'll be focused on developing strategic growth plans and deploying brand growth initiatives for Royal Canin within our key PSR Customers. As our strategic key accounts in Pet Speciality Retail become more complex and sophisticated, this role will integrate within all customer marketing functions across their veterinary and retail divisions to facilitate and execute an agreed marketing plan whilst driving new and creative demand projects between our two businesses.

    What are we looking for?

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, ideally in a similar or transferrable industry. Experience in Customer/Shopper Marketing Preferred
    • Ability to apply problem solving and process improvement techniques and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical experience utilizing Consumer & Category Insights.
    • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

    What would be your key responsibilities?

    • With approval, develop the growth plans for the Royal Canin and Eukanuba portfolios within key Pet Specialty Retailers.
    • Develop powerful marketing plans that utilize consumer, shopper, category and customer data and insights.
    • Develop and execute trade promotions for both the Royal Canin and Eukanuba portfolios.
    • With support and direction, coordinate launch of new and the reset of existing products, including analyzing information to help set sales forecast and financials.
    • Develop internal relationships, working collaboratively with National Key Account Managers, Corporate Affairs, Veterinary pillar, Supply and S&F.
