Job Purpose

To maintain the health of Television Audience Measurement panels and coordinate related activities to address any imbalances through the appropriate recruitment and repair of households in order to meet contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities

Support the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPIs and commitments
Oversee scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients
Ensure quality assurance of product output following changes to production systems
Perform ongoing analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvement

Compile specifications, document processes, and methodologies for internal and external reporting

Provide ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients
Provide ad-hoc statistical and technical support, such as technical data queries from clients
Maintain technical documentation and support for third-party software suppliers

Requirements

Experience in supporting client deliverables
Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes in tasks and projects as required
Promote and drive a quality culture within the business
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Solid understanding of statistical concepts
Python or SAS package knowledge is desirable
Intermediate knowledge of Tableau

Writing skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, non-technical way
Speaking and verbal expression: Able to present information in a logical and concise manner
