    Description

    About Us:

Gallantree is a dynamic financial services firm founded in Brisbane in 2021 with the mission to provide at-scale, industry-specific capital to the Australian mid-market.

We've mostly grown organically and without fuss building relationships and capital strategies with leading institutional banks, money managers and family offices.

Our values, beliefs and standards are not token phrases as we truly want to build a lasting business alongside long-term, lasting relationships with clients.

In 2024, our primary focus is to delivera dynamic, sophisticated capital structure against a series of mandates and products specifically in corporate credit and property credit.

This means launching a series of trusts, funds and SPV's aligned to our business models, client / partners and business objectives.

Our origination strategy is mostly strategic meaning we aren't reliant upon broker channels and our last 3 years have been on developing these relationships.

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, we've built our own platform which enables us to innovate differently to other non-bank financiers who are reliant upon legacy platforms or excel.

This enables us to review credit opportunities in seconds we're working towards enabling at-scale credit using data and automation while offering new business models enabling vertically integrated financing.

We gravitate towards self-starter / go-getter / multi-hat personalities that want to be at the coal face of innovation within the financial services community.

As most of the core team have worked for banks or finance companies in Australia and overseas, we are aiming to create a strong destination for financial professional talent which Australia too often loses our best to overseas markets.
