    About the role

  • Develop and maintain key client relationships and support growth of the team and business.
  • Direct and perform highly complex or specialized aspects of the work while leading project managers and overseeing projects involving multiple service areas and subcontracts as well as stakeholder, client and / or schedule challenges.
  • Provide expert support and advice within and outside of the organization.
  • Mentor and develop staff.
  • About you

  • Recognized as an expert in environmental investigations and remediation with a dedication to and passion for your discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in contaminated sites
  • Expert understanding of contaminated sites regulatory requirements.
  • Hold or eligible for a standards based CSAP designation or Contaminated Site QP.
  • Experience within land development, mining and/or transportation is an asset
  • Consulting acumen, including an entrepreneurial spirit, strong self-direction, and overarching belief in client satisfaction.
  • Strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and training staff.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
