    As the GM of Lendi Group Vic/Tas you will be a visionary leader with exceptional influencing skills and a proven track record in elevating sales team performance to new heights.

    Job DescriptionDrive the performance and growth of all sales channels in Victoria & Tasmania, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy & operating model.

    Lead, motivate, and strategically manage a diverse team, including Sales Managers, Retail Business Consultants, and essential support services.
    Skilfully influence and engage a network of self-employed independent contractors.
    Navigate complex dynamics, including managing channel conflicts and fostering key strategic partnerships vital to the business's success.

    Foster a cohesive leadership approach in conjunction with the Chief Distribution Office and fellow State Managers, reinforcing alignment with Lendi Group Vision and Values throughout.

    Collaborate the design and lead the implementation initiatives to adjust and reshape the BVP, Business Experience (BX), and economics of the Distribution channels.

    Collaborate with relevant business units to attract top-tier operators and provide industry-leading pathway opportunities.
    Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the distribution team, fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence in execution.

    Foster engagement and commitment within sales teams to drive growth of the Lendi & Aussie brands and business across all channels.

    Provide coaching to Sales Managers to enhance their leadership abilities and uphold consistent customer service standards.
    Implement effective performance management processes to address deviations from required standards or behavioural issues.
    Ensure adequate support resources are available to enable brokers to maximize conversion rates and expand their customer base.
    QualificationsExperience in a senior relationship management role in the mortgage industry.
    Experience in channel management and franchising advantageous.
    Demonstrated capability to lead a large high-performing Sales team.
    Demonstrated strategic thinking at General Manager level.
    High level communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Confident communicator, able to present ideas to the Executive Team and below.
    Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
