- Assess, develop and implement therapy plans, under supervision as required
- Work with our admin support team to establish the right schedule and time management approaches that suit you and your work style best
- Provide a high level of clinical judgement, reasoning and knowledge
- To monitor, evaluate and review progress against therapy plans
- Develop resources to support the implementation of our programs
- Undertake appropriate professional development, including self-reflection and peer review
- To work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs for people with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Health concerns and complex needs
- Ensure intervention is supported by evidence of Best-Practice solutions wherever possible and to undertake research to inform your approach where necessary
- To comply with all organisational policies and procedures

- To promote the organisation and it's interests to the local and wider community
- To ensure all communication is completed in a professional and polite manner appropriate to our audiences

All Walks of Life is a boutique occupational therapy practice with an office located in Emerald, East of Melbourne. We provide clinic and home-based support throughout East and South-East Melbourne, so we can tailor a workload to your location, skills and availability. We are a close-knit team that values exceptional service and a culture of learning and improvement. We are proud of the close relationships we hold in our local area and it is something our team love most about working with us. We service the outer Eastern suburbs and Dandenong Ranges and provide occupational therapy services for people living in the community who are seeking to change and improve their lives. This includes working with people with an intellectual disability or cognitive impairment, people who are neurodivergent and people with mental health challenges. We are well known for our support in helping people to find the right housing solutions, and as such have a special interest this area.

About You :
You are a passionate OT looking to make a difference in a team environment that will support and nurture you, while ensuring you have the balance and support to manage what life brings You may have had experience in other similar roles and be looking to work with a highly skilled, boutique team that can offer flexibility and adaptability that suits you. You have a passion for working with people from 'All Walks of Life' in home and community based settings.
Position Summary :
The role of the occupational therapist is to provide direct assessment, intervention and support planning to participants of our service. This includes working collaboratively with other Care Team members, formal and informal supports and key stakeholders to identify suitable goals for therapeutic intervention and appropriate strategies for achieving these goals. The occupational therapist will actively participate in All Walks of Life's team environment.
Key Requirements :
AHPRA Registration
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Current Victorian Drivers License and own transport
