Job Summary

We are seeking expressions of interest for casual Program Operations Coordinators to support the delivery of high-quality programs in a professional development team environment within Professional and Continuing Education (PACE).

PACE is a revenue-generating unit within Education Transformation, delivering non-award education and micro-credentials to consumers and industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Developing, planning, and executing international, tender, and custom programs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
Managing program budgets and monitoring progress.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience coordinating courses, events, or projects in an education or professional development environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying issues and developing solutions.
Able to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, including client liaison, presentation, and documentation preparation.
Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement, exceeding expectations and delivering outcomes.
