They are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to oversee the financial and administrative functions of their diverse portfolio.

    The Opportunity
    As the Finance & Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the finance and administration functions of the company group. This includes overseeing the financial operations, efficiently managing the administration functions of the offices, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

    Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage all financial functions, inclusive of accounts receivable & payable, payroll, reconciliation of accounts, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Oversee financial management for property management and sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Manage human resource functions inclusive of recruitment, induction, training, rostering, and legislative compliance.
    • Maintain an inclusive and positive company culture through leadership, teamwork, and morale-building initiatives.

    Your Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience in bookkeeping and financial management is essential.
    • Experience in trust accounting and legislative compliance is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of real estate property management and sales is advantageous.
    • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in computer literacy.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and demonstrate initiative.

    The Offer

    • Permanent full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
