    Do you have a passion for administering Corporate onsite floor Facilities mixed with providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team

    As an experienced Facilities Administrator you will support the Senior Facilities Manager ensuring the Office team have all they need to operate their business.

    This role oversees the maintenance of the real estate and facility services - including the coordination and monitoring of monthly preventative maintenance facilities requirements. Other key duties include data entry in the Procurement payment system, oversight of the Concierge processes including building pass management, daily liaison with contractors for minor works, cleaning inspections, assist with budget preparation, locker allocation and ensuring stationery areas and kitchens are maintained to a clean, safe & tidy environment. Occasional relief reception/ concierge coverage may be required.

    Situated at our Corporate site in Barangaroo, Sydney, you will report directly to the Senior Facility Manager and Sodexo Client Service Manager. Mon to Fri 38hrs - 8.30am to 5.00pm.

    The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within a facilities services or Hospitality focused environment. Additionally able to demonstrate the ability to both build and maintain effective strong internal and external relationships with Colleagues, Visitors, and the Facilities Team while having a flexible approach to function effectively under pressure.
