    • Leverage your skills & support the implementation of our new rostering system Join a well-known NFP who put people at the centre of everything we do Make a meaningful difference todayAbout the role: We are actively seeking to recruit experienced, passionate and high-performing Rostering Implementation Consultants to join our Rostering Project team on a 6-month (full-time) fixed-term contract.

    This wonderful opportunity will see you working as part of the team leading the implementation of our new staff rostering software system (UKG Pro WFM) across our Residential Aged Care Homes in NSW, ACT and WA.

    As a valued member of the project team, you will support the delivery of training to staff, develop technical knowledge of the rostering system and support the change management process at each Aged Care Home.

    About You:

    To be considered, you will have:

    • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - highly regarded
    • Demonstrated experience delivering training in an adult learning environment
    • Experience using rostering systems and software such as UKG Pro WFM - highly advantageous
    • Experience with change management practices
    • Superior communication and presentation skills
    • Customer-focused approach with excellent time management skills
    • Ability to build rapport and strong relationships quickly
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Current Driver's License and commitment to significant periods of travel across NSW, ACT and WA
    • Experience with rostering staff in shift-based work - desirable
    • Genuine alignment to Baptist Care's values.
