Looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join this luxury brand at their new Doncaster location. This company is a leading player in the fashion retail industry, known for its iconic and elegate designs, with an exceptional customer experience within the Luxury space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience to clients by offering personalised assistance and expert advice on luxury Ready-to-Wear collections.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the latest fashion trends, luxury brands, and product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
• Manage after-sales services, including alterations and returns, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Actively participate in clienteling initiatives and VIP events to enhance the boutique's brand image and attract new clientele.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Sales Associate role within the luxury market.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and styles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
