The strategy for the commercialisation team is not only successfully license research but to focus on new ventures and spin outs.

They are wanting to see commercialisation professionals with specific domain experience across quantum technology, AI, mining and minerals processing, energy transitions (hydrogen), power engineering, or a general background in Physics.
