    Description

    Your Future at Council:

    • Assist to care for the city's stray cats and dogs
    • Prioritise safety and ensure safe work practices for yourself, your colleagues, our community and the animals
    • Deliver efficient and effective service to the community

    What you will Do:

    • Enjoy being active and working with companion animals
    • Carry out a range of tasks – daily care of companion animals (dogs and cats), cleaning of enclosures and facility, monitoring and reporting on animal health and behaviour, assisting vets whilst they provide treatment to animals in Council's care
    • Share your experience, knowledge and ideas
    • Undertake training and development opportunities

    • Hours of work: Permanent Full-Time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
