- Minimum Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
- Previous hands-on safety experience managing safety in the field
- High level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in managing health and safety legislative and understanding current legislation within the state
