    **Job Summary**

    The Manager, Regional Strategy and Go-to-Market ANZ will play a critical role in driving business growth across Australia & New Zealand markets for assigned titles. This position requires strong regional intelligence, marketing expertise, and campaign execution skills to develop and execute comprehensive strategies and campaigns.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    - Develop and execute comprehensive strategies and campaigns to drive market share and revenue growth across Australia & New Zealand markets.
    - Identify cultural events and insights to build strategies that maximize commercial opportunities and local relevance throughout the region.
    - Collaborate with Business Unit marketing teams to ensure global campaign strategies align with regional growth objectives.
    - Brief agencies and develop paid and organic planning, including media, local partnerships, and events.
    - Ensure excellence in all aspects of campaign delivery and track timing and delivery of campaign performance reporting throughout campaigns.
    - Manage budget planning and contracting suppliers, as well as briefing and managing agencies output.

    **Requirements**

    This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in regional strategy and go-to-market execution, with a strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand gaming markets.

    **Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
