We are currently hiring a Finance Analyst based out of our Sydney CBD office.
Reporting to the Finance Manager for Development, this role will see you partner with our Development, Sales, Marketing and the broader Finance team to provide critical financial insights that drive successful development projects.
This role is great for someone who loves modelling, thrives on solving commercial problems, and enjoys being embedded in the business.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update development feasibility models, including scenarios, forecasts, and quarterly reviews

Analyse project expenditure, variance drivers and cashflows, and support budgeting and forecasting

Prepare settlement forecasts in partnership with Development and Sales

Support financial reporting, including audit files, investor reports and compliance requirements

Identify process improvements and strengthen financial governance across project teams.

About You

CA/CPA qualification, strong Excel capability, and experience in property or development

Hands‑on experience with feasibility modelling and ERP systems (JDE ideal)

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

High attention to detail, ownership and the ability to meet tight deadlines

Adaptability, initiative, and confidence working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
