    Eram Talent is a leading talent acquisition company, dedicated to finding top-notch professionals in various sectors. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Environmental Engineer for a prominent company in the Oil & Energy industry. As a Lead Environmental Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing environmental projects and initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable practices.     If selected, the job location would be in Saudi Arabia.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage environmental engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Develop and implement environmental management plans and strategies to minimize environmental impact and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
    • Conduct environmental impact assessments, studies, and audits to identify potential risks and develop mitigation measures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into project design and decision-making processes.
    • Drive the implementation of sustainable practices and technologies to improve environmental performance and resource efficiency.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior environmental engineers and project teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging environmental regulations, practices, and technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental engineering, with a focus on the Oil & Energy industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing environmental projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in environmental modeling software and tools.
    • Professional certifications such as PE and PMP are a plus.
