    Description

    About the role:

    -

    Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
    - A 9 month Contract
    - The first project is a $2mil Medical Centre Fit-Out in Carlton
    - Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
    - Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
    - Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date

    Your Background:

    Experience with site managing commercial fit out/refurb projects
    - 3+ years as a site manager/foreman
    - Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
    - Positive attitude with the right temperament
    - Ability to communicate effectively & drive program

    You will Receive:

    A 9 month Contract
    - $125k - $145k package
    - Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.

    Our Client is a Reputable fit out and refurbishment company, who have a variety of work on at the moment. They are looking for a Site Manager to help out and join the team. Working under a experienced Construction Director, there to provide mentoring, training and support along the way.
