MSS Security is seeking Security Officers to work across two of our sites Applicants must hold a current NV1 clearance or be able to obtain one In addition a site-specific OSA clearance will also be required The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused You will be part of an enthusiastic committed and customer focused team You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders Duties may include but are not limited to Continual monitoring of CCTV and radio communications systems Maintaining visitor contractor access passes escort Liaising with police emergency response services Maintain Access Control system Responding professionally courteously promptly to all customer enquiries Monitoring responding fire alarm panel alerts Foot Patrols Maintaining logs records occurrences in computer log completing necessary paperwork using computer terminal input retrieve data multiple systems Skills Experience Must Australian Citizen hold NV1 Clearance willing obtain AFP OSA security clearance desirable Certificate II in Security Operations Or Higher Current QLD Security licence Unarmed Crowd Control Monitoring components Current First Aid CPR Drivers License Must have minimum years recent security experience Recent military police experience acceptable Proven experience large-scale CCTV networks Strong intermediate computer skills Must available work roster without restrictions Master licence: 41299
