    Qualifications/Abilities/Experience:
    - Possession of a Heavy Vehicle License.
    - Demonstrated experience in scheduling and logistics.
    - Knowledge in transport of waste operations.

    Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities are outlined below, with potential for additional duties as assigned.

    Safety, Environment, and Quality:
    - Adhere to all safety, environment, and quality standards
    - Lead staff in safety, environment, and quality initiatives.

    Primary Duties:
    - Collaborate with Sales, Administration, and Accounts Managers to ensure seamless operations.
    - Coordinate with Workshops for preventative maintenance and operational needs.
    - Plan collection and delivery schedules, and conduct regular reviews for productivity enhancement.
    - Manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
    - Provide support, leadership, and guidance to the operational driver team.
    - Adhere to the Integrated Management System and plan yearly site-based management activities.
    - Organize day-to-day activities including reviews, investigations, meetings, and audits.
    - Conduct performance evaluations with staff on-site
    - Manage visitors, contractors, and personnel as assigned.
    - Monitor and address driver fatigue requirements.
