    As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our team and lead SEO optimisation initiatives. This role reports into the head of digital acquisition and it is pivotal in driving return on ad spend (ROAS) and acquiring high-quality customers through technical and content optimisation activities.

    About you:
    • You have experience leading SEO strategy for high-volume products in a high growth D2C and B2B environment; across products and web apps to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Experience with strategic development and management of new and existing initiatives that will drive organic traffic, conversion, revenue growth, and profitability within the SEO program.
    • Experience with performing in-depth data analysis of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRUSH, AHREFS and other analytic tools to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
    • Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., contentful), datafeed platforms (e.g. datafeed watch), GMC and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.
    • A substantial understanding of technical SEO factors for large eCommerce sites such as site architecture, load speed impact, discoverability, canonicalization and redirects, internal linking, schema, dynamic content, UI / UX, and site audit.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

    How you will spend your time:
    • Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and topics relevant to our target audience and products.
    • Optimize website content, including product pages, category pages, and blog posts, for targeted keywords and user intent.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.
    • Perform technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for website optimization, including site structure, URL structure, site speed, and mobile optimization.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices, and proactively recommend strategies to adapt to changes in the search landscape.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Be flexible and ensure to always prioritize business impact when driving SEO initiatives.
