    Description

    Role:Digital Optimisation Sales Support

    Location: Sydney CBD office, with flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement

    Sector: Banking / Financial Services / Payments (Tier-1 bank)

    Duration: 12 Months Contract (extendable)

    Role Purpose: Help deliver digital sales or service optimization through continuous digital improvement initiatives

    Role Summary

    Collaborate with Business Service Owners to formulate and drive digital sales or service strategies and plans, translating strategy into tactics that will deliver measurable business and customer results

    Support, drive and optimize the customer journey for digital, including quantitative research, and translating insights into solid business opportunities

    Monitor the customer journey to minimize leakage from website / apps etc.

    Create strategies and roadmaps for digital initiatives

    Leverage analytics tools such as Adobe, Tableau and SEO tools to measure and optimise sales funnels from visits to completes. Work with key squad members and partners to optimise each stage of the funnel

    Work with Transformation & Experience team to create business case proposals and ensure effective handover and in market amplification of new capabilities.

    Collaborate and contribute to squad prioritisation, assess scope, opportunities and production pipeline

    Key Accountabilities

    Support achieving sales or service targets for the Bank's Consumer and Business portfolio covering customer journeys across the public sites and secure platforms

    Help develop strategic roadmaps for their business sales portfolio and gain buy in with internal stakeholders to optimise sales pathways and drive growth

    Identify data driven opportunities and solve through continuous optimisation of digital experiences to improve customer experience, conversion and digital sales

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Proven experience to drive take-up and adoption of digital sales or service features
    • Strong business and commercial acumen, analytical and data driven
    • Influencing skills, including the ability to deliver results across teams outside your direct reporting lines
    • Previous experience in a banking environment

    Success Metrics

    • Support driving digital sales and bank wide sales penetration or service utilisation
    • Support NTB/ETB sales or service journeys
    • Funnel conversion rates and optimisation
    • Website metrics including organic visits, form starts, completes for mobile and desktop. Customer experience, NPS
    • Effective relationships with key stakeholders
