    Description

    Job Title: Team Leader - Community Development Program

    About the Role

    The Community Development Program (CDP) is a remote employment and community development service. We support individuals in remote Australia to build skills, address barriers, and contribute to their communities.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Safely complete Community Engagement tasks, ensuring the well-being of team members and the community.
    2. Prepare and submit accurate Timesheets, Incident Reports, Toolbox/Risk Assessments, and attend required meetings on a daily basis.
    3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Helping Hands project, making key decisions to ensure its success.
    4. Maintain tools and equipment to a high standard, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
    5. Mentor and guide Helping Hands Team Members, providing support and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
    6. Promote the Helping Hands services to the local community and not-for-profit organizations, fostering relationships and partnerships.

    Requirements

    1. Holding a current C class driver's license.
    2. A valid Police Clearance certificate.
    3. Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening test.
    4. Basic computer knowledge is desirable but not essential.
    5. Previous experience in leadership roles, demonstrating effective management and communication skills.
