- A degree in agriculture, environmental science, natural resource management, biosecurity or emergency management. If not, youll have an equivalent level of industry knowledge and experience

- The ability to work closely with and understand the needs of both landowners and community groups
- Knowledge of landscapes and threatened species
- Demonstrated project management experience combined with proven relationship management and partnership development
