    About the role
    We have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Change Leader tojoin our People Transformation & Change team.

    You'll lead an experience team to define and manage change impacts across Water Corporation's Transformation roadmap to ensures impacts are balanced and overall organisation activity is considered and communicated across all stakeholder groups.

    You'll drive and influence the enterprise-wide change agenda providing leadership and insights to our executive team.
    This role will be based in our Leederville office reporting to our Head of People Transformation & Change.

    About you:


    You'll have a degree level qualification in a relevant discipline,along with experience leading transformational change and implementation within a large organisation.

    You will draw on your vast experience to define how strategic change is identified and monitored across multiple projects.

    You'll also have experience designing and managing change management frameworks, methodologies / tools, and workshop design and facilitation and comfortable in working across various types of change projects.

    Your demonstrated leadership in leading change experts , and ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence both senior internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.

    What the role will involve
    Lead an experienced team of change practitioners to ensure coordination of enterprise-wide transformation portfolio change, advising and influencing project managers to effectively to deliver change
    Develop and establish enterprise change management committee to enable the organisation to review change activity across the business
    Influence decision making regarding prioritisation, sequencing and timing of initiatives, in relevant transformation roadmap meetings
    Lead, develop, establish and maintain Water Corporation's enterprise change framework and tools for managing enterprise-wide change
    Provide coaching and mentoring to experienced Change practitioners in the application of the enterprise wide change and manage capacity and resourcing amongst the team
    Lead and drive the change management strategy to build capability across the transformation portfolio
    Provide leadership and support to internal stakeholders in relation to the coordination and management of transformation initiatives
    Build strong relationships with Executives and Senior Leaders to ensure that change plans are successfully implemented through the development of integrated change programs
