- A current/valid Australian Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment
- Requirement to travel between locations
- Will be required to attend work for four days during the school holiday period per annum. This is to attend all staff meetings and participate in professional development activities.
- Relevant qualification at certificate level or above; and/or experience providing technical support to users in an organisational setting
- ITIL 4 Certification.
- Proven experience in IT service delivery
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of IT service management tools (e.g., Freshservice, Helpdesk).
- Knowledge of WHS and equity principles in the workplace.
- Respect and uphold the ethos and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of the Employer.
