    About the role

    This is a full-time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

    The People & Culture Administrator will support Stanwell's People & Culture function in delivering a range of services across the employee journey. The role will work closely with our People & Culture Services and Talent & Acquisition teams, primarily conducting generalist administrative activities, including various reporting requirements.

    Key Activities include:

    • Providing general People & Culture support across all stages of the employee life cycle
    • Creating & maintaining strong relationships with employees & agency contractors.
    • Maintenance & administration of People & Culture systems
    • Reviewing and documenting processes and procedures across several People & Culture functions
    • Running and reviewing reports/data and performing follow-up tasks based on this analysis.
    • Assisting with a range of projects suitable to your skill set

    About you

    We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, looking to gain exposure across several human resource areas.

    Required skills and experience include:

    • Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems, such as PageUp and/or Chris21 or similar
    • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery of results.
    • Excellent critical thinking, organisational, interpersonal communication, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
    • Ability to easily establish stakeholder relationships through excellent service delivery.
    • Initiative, curiosity and have a passion for learning new skills.
    • Demonstrated experience using general Microsoft suite of programs, especially Excel and Word.
