- Provides comprehensive evidence-based nursing care to patients including assessment, intervention and evaluation.
- Undertakes clinical shifts at the direction of senior staff and the Director of Nursing.
- Participates in ward rounds/case reviews/clinical meetings.
- Educates patients/carers in post discharge management and organises discharge summaries/referrals to other services.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
- Competence in planning, coordination and decision making within the relevant practice setting.
- Ability to function within team.
- Will be excellent communicators with a sound understanding/knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged Care Standards and Quality outcomes.

About the role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care for patients within the scope of practice.
