    About the role:

    An entrepreneurial individual is sought to fill the role of Customer Success Associate in the APAC region, representing the Customer Success team and contributing to the development of the regional hub. The ideal candidate will possess innovative decision-making abilities, excellent communication and process management skills, and a solid understanding of power markets and the energy transition. They will thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment, where they will gain expertise in product knowledge, SaaS processes, account management, and analytical skills. This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing one of the company's key strategic priorities and supporting crucial investments in the energy sector.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to efficiently manage resources for software accounts in the APAC region.
    • Develop and execute proactive strategies to support and engage with software accounts, enhancing user satisfaction from onboarding to renewal/upsell cycles.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and product teams, cultivating deep product knowledge to address software-related inquiries and advocate for customer needs internally.
    • Cultivate relationships with key superusers to understand business use cases and drive adoption initiatives for the client's software suite.
    • Work cross-functionally with global teams to anticipate and resolve issues, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
    • Drive initiatives to foster the client's software community in the region through various outreach efforts.

    What we are looking for:

    Required Attributes:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience at major consulting, tech, energy, financial, or similar knowledge-driven firms.
    • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, adept at creative problem-solving, and committed to delivering value in a B2B setting.
    • Strong process management skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering time-sensitive projects.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences at various levels of technical expertise.
    • Proven stakeholder management skills, adept at foreseeing and resolving issues.
    • Proficient in analyzing complex quantitative data and demonstrating a keen interest in the energy transition.

    Desirable:

    • Leadership background.
    • Familiarity with SaaS products/processes.
    • Understanding of Customer Success principles and proficiency in related software.
