Job Summary

This role requires a high-calibre individual with exposure to pre-contracts and project delivery experience.

We have secured works with NSW Health, with projects underway in Grafton and Lismore.

• Cost management, including budget preparation and management.
• Sub-contractor management, communication, negotiation, and consultation.
• Contract management, including variation submission and assessment.

Key Qualifications

You will be a methodical individual with a creative streak, adept at investigating project opportunities and efficiencies.

You will also need to be an accomplished communicator and negotiator, able to liaise with various stakeholders.

• Cert IV in Contract Administration (minimum).
• Construction management degree or similar relevant tertiary/trade qualification.
• Jobpac experience (highly regarded).
• Exposure to commercial construction.
