    Job Title: Information Management and Records Specialist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Information Management and Records Specialist to lead and manage the information and records management function across the agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement an information and records management strategy that supports business objectives and meets legislative, regulatory and technical requirements
    • Facilitate access to records and establish best standards and practices for information and records management across client's digital and physical information systems
    • Provide strategic and operational leadership and direction on information and records management issues, initiatives and projects
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, guidelines and processes for information and records management in alignment with best practice and standards

    Requirements:

    • Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in information management, records management and/or knowledge management
    • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of government recordkeeping regulations and frameworks
    • Experience with Content Manager 10 and Microsoft 365 is highly desirable

    Eligibility:

    • This role is ONLY available to Australian Citizens
    • Must have NV1 security clearance

    Location and Contract Details:

    • Canberra based Hybrid working arrangement
    • 6 months contract with another 6 months extension
