    We have recently expanded to Australia and are looking for a Director to be dedicated to the Oil & Gas sector.

    Activities and Responsibilities Lead the execution of execution of energy major projects, driving timely and high -quali ty outcomes.

    Lead meetings and presentations with both client and A&M's managerial and executive levels, demonstrating confidence and mastery of the topics discussed.

    Assume a leadership role with teams and clients, participating in effective negotiations and collaborations between leaders.

    Collaborate with other business unit s in order to build a sustainable environme nt to help A&M grow as a wide consulting platform.

    S upport team members in your career development and prepare them to assume new roles and responsibilities.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    Develop and manage strategic partnerships for business growth.
    Participate in events and associations to foster relationships and identify opportunities.

    Qualifications Academic background in Engineering, with prior experience in oil and gas sector Proven experience in business development and project management.

    Knowledge in upstream, mid and downstream projects Strong excel and power point skills required The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting firms, with strong business acumen, a self-started, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Capacity to navigate in different capital projects aspects, specially in delivery model, procurement strategy and capex efficiency Availability for travel.

    Ability to facilitate analyses to guide project delivery, proposing action plans and demonstrating confidence in decision-making.

    Ability to utilize creative thinking to co-create with clients, offering internal solutions or new business opportunities to address their needs.
